Following settings are compatible with you email account:

  • Encrypted connection: SSL, SSL/TLS or STARTTLS
  • Incoming mail server i.e IMAP server: mail.zone.ee port 993
  • Incoming mail server i.e POP3 server: mail.zone.ee port 995
  • Outgoing mail server i.e SMTP server: smtp.zone.ee port 465 or 587

Outgoing mail server requires authentication (username is email address, password is general or device specific).

1. Open Mail and chooseMail, then Add Account and Other Mail Account.

Then add email account information:

Name: Name and Last name
Email Address:Email address
Password:Password for email account
To save the information clickSign in.

2. Setting up mail servers:

Email Address:Email address
User Name:Email address
Password:Password for this email account

Account type:Choose an account type either IMAP or POP

Incoming Mail Server:mail.zone.ee
Outgoing Mail Server:smtp.zone.ee

3. If you wish to edit the incoming and outgoing mail server, then chooseMail, then Preferences and Server settings.

3.1 In order to change incoming and outgoing server settings uncheck the Automatically manage connection settings box.

ChooseUse TLS/SSL and 993 for incoming server (IMAP).
For authentication choose “Authentication”alt “Password”

Choose Use TLS/SSLand587 for outgoing server (SMTP).
For authentication choose AuthenticationaltPassword

Attention!

The IMAP account can be synchronised under Advanced IMAP settings and enter INBOX into the IMAP Path Prefix field.

3.2 In order to change incoming and outgoing server settings uncheck the Automatically manage connection settings box.

ChooseUse TLS/SSL and 995 for incoming server (POP).
For authentication choose AuthenticationaltPassword

ChooseUse TLS/SSLand 587 for outgoing server (SMTP).
For authentication chooseAuthentication altPassword
