Footstep Yeti Mac OS

This microphone for the best ASMR has it all. The Blue Yeti mic was always one of the top ASMR microphones, and will probably stay that way for a long time. The Blue Yeti microphone has a tri-capsule system, meaning that it can pick up sounds from anywhere around the mic and translate that directly into 360 sound for your viewer. Mac OS X 10.12 and higher (latest update), 8 GB RAM Intel Core i5 or i7, i9; Windows 7, Windows 8, or Windows 10 (latest Service Pack), Intel Core i5 or equivalent CPU, 8 GB RAM.Please note Native Access is required for the activation of our Kontakt based instruments.

Power on your Mac and press and hold the option + command + P + R keys. Press all four keys all at once. Continue to hold the keys until the Mac restarts. Release the keys. Hold the keys to repeat the reset. The NVRAM reset can be sensitive, so make sure you press the keys simultaneously and don’t release until you hear your Mac chime or it restarts. If you want to use your Mac’s internal microphone, you can move on to the next step. If you’re using a USB microphone, connect it directly to your Mac (avoid using a hub). If you’re using a wired microphone that requires a 3.5mm stereo jack, make sure it’s connected to the right port, and that it doesn’t require additional power (it.

I am NOT a technically minded person so please bear with me. I tried to connect with my piano player remotely and we could not figure out why everything else seemed to work except for my audio output. It appeared that everything was working with my audio and yet my guy couldn't hear me. I am on an iMac and going straight into the computer for now. please advise.
I read this on the forum:
When launching JamKazam for the first time you may encounter an alert option to allow JamKazam to access the microphone. Click Yes!.
If you clicked Later, you may not see the alert again and will need to enable the option in Security & Privacy setting:
System Preferences>Security & Privacy; Privacy Tab. For the Microphone, make sure JamKazam is checked.
You will be prompted to quit and restart JamKazam for the change to take effect. You may need to repeat this step to begin hearing Audio in the session.
When I went to my System Preferences>Security & Privacy; Privacy Tab. 'mIcrophone' and 'JamKazam' were not options. See attachment.

How can I use my blue yeti USB mic with this software. I downloaded the program and I'm having a hard time. My input is the blue yeti and also my output and I cant change my output. I can record using the mic but when i try to listen to what I record I can't I have to change my input back to the built in device and when I want to record again I have to change my input back to yeti. How can I stop doing that because it is annoying. Thanks

On what machine are you running? If you are on Mac you should be able to create a stacked / cascaded / combined audio device (not sure what it's called precisely). This will combine all your I/O devices to a single devices.
If you are on Windows it's a bit more tricky as S1 will handle only one ASIO driver at a time. ASIO4ALL, which is a generic ASIO driver should be able to combine the USB mic and the internal soundcard into one virtual device.

I think it should be somewhere in the Core Audio settings, but I'm not on a mac so I'm not sure. But Google is our friend:

The aggregated device or get it to work in S1? I'm assuming you're actually building a new audio device, so you'll need to select the new device in S1 as well.

Under the link I posted there is a complete step by step instruction how to create the aggregated device if the screenshots aren't showing, click on the 'Set up an Aggregate Device' link in that page.
